Bill Hume receives his Award

James Hewing, Chief Executive Officer of the Vintage Motor Cycle Club, hands over the Trust's Lifetime Achievement Award citation to Bill Hume at his home in Seaham, Co. Durham.

Bill had unfortunately been too ill to travel to receive his Award in person from Prince Michael.
