After a presentation by Colin Billington on the Thames Valley & Great Western Omnibus Trust scope, activities, vehicle and archive collections there will be a tour of the restoration workshops and vehicle storage buildings which house around 70 preserved buses and coaches, dating from the First World War to the 1980s. After a buffet lunch there will be a vintage bus or coach tour via Windsor Great Park and Windsor to David Buck’s premises at Fifield to view his railway collection which includes his Finnish broad gauge Pacific 1016 and hopefully 3 locomtives will be running.
